DLI Engineering is looking to recruit two experienced CNC Millers to join their Team of Precision Engineers in Trimdon, Co Durham who manufacture parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries. We are investing in New Machinery.
As part of a successful team this role requires the candidate to have experience of:
- Setting Mazak or Haas machines for one off components which uses Mazatrol or ISO programming
- The ability to machine a variety of exotic materials including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
- Experience machining medium to large components supplied to the Oil, Gas and Aerospace Industry Standards
It is essential that the applicant have experience of:
- Using Fanuc or Mazatrol high precision controls
- Setting CNC Milling Machines for precision parts with Fixtures
- Machining to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpret engineering drawings
- Time served Engineer
As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is an interesting and varied position working working on the Night Shift. This position requires a strong Team Player who will share knowledge and experience.
The Night Shift runs Monday to Thursday with an opportunity of overtime as required.
