Lead the Launch of a Brand-New Children's Home
Flexi First Class Care Ltd is expanding into children's residential care, and we're looking for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead the opening of our first Children's Home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a home from the ground up while benefiting from the support of an experienced Responsible Individual and senior leadership team. You'll have the autonomy to shape the home's culture, recruit your own team, and deliver exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the registration, opening and day-to-day management of the home.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing staff team.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Build positive relationships with local authorities, families and professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement and outstanding care.
About You
- Experience in children's residential care at management level.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's legislation.
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
