Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and delivering exceptional service to clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to specialise in commercial property law within a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful Applicant will also be required to supervise come residential conveyancing matters from time to time.
Duties
- Managing the end-to-end process of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to commercial conveyancing.
- Conducting thorough searches and due diligence to ensure clear title and identify potential issues.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction progress.
- Ensuring all legal compliance requirements are met within specified deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate case files and updating case management systems efficiently.
- Providing clear advice to clients on legal procedures and potential risks associated with transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial conveyancing or related legal practice.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to legal practice, including case management software.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A recognised legal qualification or accreditation in conveyancing or property law is preferred but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to develop their expertise in commercial property law within a reputable organisation committed to excellence in client service.
Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
