Overview
We are a specialist waterway management company working on lakes, rivers, canals and other waterways throughout Wales and the wider UK. We work closely with nature reserves and official waterway management trusts throughout the UK.
We're looking for practical, reliable people to join our team. The role involves working outdoors on a wide variety of projects and operating specialist amphibious machinery used for aquatic vegetation management, dredging and general waterway maintenance.
Previous experience with our specialist machinery is not required. We are the only official trainers on the use of these machines in the UK and therefore will provide the highest level of practical training for the role. We're primarily looking for people with the right attitude who are practical, mechanically minded, comfortable working outdoors and willing to travel. A work vehicle will be provided for you if you do not have something suitable for the role.

Essential Requirements
· Full UK driving licence.
· Physically capable of carrying out a practical machinery-based role.
· Able to work independently and as part of a small site team.
· Good communication skills and willingness to learn specialist machinery and operating techniques.
· Reliable, punctual and able to work responsibly with minimal supervision.
· Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout the UK and work away from home when required.
