Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive B2B Sales Administrator to support our sales team and deliver administrative service to our corporate clients. In this role, you will act as the operational spine of the sales pipeline—handling client enquiries, managing order processing, supporting Account Managers, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support and Pipeline Administration: Assist sales representatives and account managers with onboarding and managing customers, processing requests, and fulfilling orders.
- Order Processing and Invoicing: Receive, verify, and process purchase orders (POs) from business clients, generating invoices and liaising with finance and logistics teams.
- Client Coordination: Serve as a secondary point of contact for corporate client enquiries regarding product specs, order status, pricing, and deliveries.
- CRM and Data Management: Maintain client records, track leads, and compile sales performance reports using CRM software (Pipedrive and Cin7).
- Stock and Delivery Tracking: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery to corporate accounts.
- Account Onboarding and Support: Assist with onboarding new corporate clients, coordinating credit checks, and resolving post-sale order or delivery queries.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, B2B Account Support, or Commercial Office Administration.
- IT Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and experienced with CRM software or ERP systems.
- Communication: Strong professional written and verbal communication skills for handling corporate client relationships.
- Organisation: Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
