Key Responsibilities:
As a Complex Carer with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to service users. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality personal care and continence support.
Administer PEG-J feeding and medication safely and accurately.
Provide airway management, including oral suctioning.
Support with nebuliser treatments and oxygen therapy.
Observe and manage epilepsy and seizure activity in line with care plans.
Assist with moving and handling using ceiling hoists and specialist equipment.
Deliver pressure area care and regular repositioning.
Monitor the service user's health and promptly report any concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
Work closely with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Job Requirements:
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or within a complex care setting.
Experience supporting individuals with complex neurological or physical health needs.
A calm, compassionate, and reliable approach to care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or waking night shifts.
Desirable Skills:
