Join a dynamic HR team in Central London as an Employee Relations specialist, where you'll make an immediate impact managing diverse cases and supporting key projects in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations specialist to join a busy HR team for an initial three-month assignment. Office presence will be required 3 days per week in Central London.
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who can quickly get to grips with the workload, confidently manage ER cases and support several ongoing HR projects. You'll need to be patient, pragmatic and comfortable rolling your sleeves up in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied ER caseload
- Reviewing legislative changes and assessing their organisational impact
- Supporting TUPE activity
- Managing the central team inbox
- Reviewing, creating and updating HR templates
- Supporting HR projects and documentation within Workday
- Providing practical and considered ER guidance to stakeholders
You'll need:
- Strong, hands-on Employee Relations experience
- Previous experience using Workday – essential
- A good understanding of UK employment legislation
- Experience supporting TUPE processes
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- ServiceNow experience would be helpful, although not essential
This role would suit an experienced HR or ER professional operating below management level who enjoys being close to the detail and can make an immediate contribution.
The permanent equivalent salary is approximately £50,000, with some flexibility, but this assignment will be engaged on a day-rate basis inside of IR35.
