We're on the hunt for a **Junior IT Support Technician** to join our team!
No previous IT experience needed — if you're curious, a fast learner, and genuinely great at using search engines to find answers, we want to hear from you.
**What we're looking for:**
- Aged 16 or over, recently left school or college
- Comfortable using computers day-to-day
- Excellent at searching for and finding information online (this matters more than you'd think!)
- Reliable, a good communicator, and keen to learn
- No formal IT qualifications or experience required — we'll train you up
**What you'll be doing:**
Supporting our clients with everyday IT issues, learning the ropes of helpdesk support, and picking up real hands-on skills in a friendly, supportive team environment.
**What's good to know?**
The role is office based at SK11 8TU.
The hours are flexible and the contract length is negotiable.
