This role plays a critical operational and delivery role within AtkinsRéalis' social impact agenda, supporting the effective implementation of a strategically aligned portfolio of partnerships and programmes. Working closely with the Head of Social Impact in the Corporate Impact & ESG function, you will ensure that partnerships and programmes are well managed, effectively governed, and delivering against defined outcomes, contributing to social value delivery, business priorities, and community impact. You will act as a key connector across the Corporate Impact & ESG function and wider business, translating strategy into delivery by coordinating partners, supporting teams, and embedding programmes into bids, projects, and workforce initiatives. With responsibility for day-to-day management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement, the role ensures the portfolio operates efficiently, delivers measurable results, and maintains high standards of governance and compliance.

Deliver the Partnerships & Programmes strategy, supporting its implementation through effective coordination, planning, and execution.

Manage day-to-day partnership relationships, ensuring agreements are delivered, stakeholders are engaged, and programmes remain aligned to defined objectives.

Operate strong governance processes, maintaining documentation, tracking performance, and ensuring consistent reporting across the portfolio.

Monitor and assess programme performance, gathering data and insight to support portfolio reviews and identify opportunities for improvement, scaling, or exit.

Coordinate delivery across the business, working with social value consultants, project teams, and functional leads to embed partnerships and programmes into activities and priorities.

Support work winning and client engagement, identifying and activating opportunities where partnerships can add value to bids and projects.

Oversee delivery of core programmes such as volunteering, STEM, and corporate giving, ensuring high-quality execution and engagement.

Support impact measurement and reporting, ensuring outcomes are captured consistently and translated into clear, evidence-based insights.

Maintain compliance in delivery, working with Legal and Integrity & Ethics to ensure all partnerships and activities meet UK charity law and internal requirements.

Build strong working relationships across stakeholders, facilitating collaboration between partners and internal teams such as Early Careers, HR, Integrity & Ethics, and Procurement.

Experience in social impact, partnerships, social value, or stakeholder engagement, ideally within a complex or matrixed organisation or Third Sector.

Proven ability to manage partnerships or programmes effectively, delivering against defined objectives and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Strong organisational and operational capability, with experience coordinating delivery, maintaining governance processes, and managing multiple priorities.

Data-driven and analytical, able to gather insight, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Good understanding of, or ability to quickly develop knowledge of, the UK social value landscape, policy, and measurement approaches.

Awareness of UK charity law and compliance requirements, with experience working with Legal or governance teams to ensure programmes are delivered appropriately.

Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how social impact activity supports bids, client relationships, and business priorities.

A clear and confident communicator, able to engage a wide range of stakeholders and translate strategy into practical delivery.
