Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all customer information is correctly recorded and maintained.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, providing detailed information as needed.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate advice and support.
- Support multilingual communication by assisting both English and Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service provided.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly advantageous; bilingual candidates will be preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer needs.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify trends or issues.
- Experience in upselling products or services in a professional manner.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,752.33 per year
