HEYTEA Cambridge is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bubble Tea Shop Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Operate beverage preparation equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front and back of house.
- Ensure all drinks meet quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with ingredient preparation and stock organisation.
- Follow company operational procedures and food safety regulations.
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
- Work effectively with team members during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the UK (Share Code required).
- Available to work weekends and evening shifts.
- Able to commit to a long-term position (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Previous café, bubble tea, barista, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
