We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Bank Support Worker to join our team in our Ofsted-regulated home in Rainham Essex.
The Role
You will be working with young people up to 18 years old. You will play a vital role in supporting and helping them to build confidence, life skills, and resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support young people with daily living skills, education, and employment
- Promote independence and personal development
- Provide emotional and practical support
- Implement therapeutic behaviour support strategies and risk assessments
- Respond calmly and professionally to crises and challenging behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding, health & safety compliance
- Maintain a safe home environment
- Work flexibly- Day shifts and night shifts available
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young people (preferred)
- Positive, proactive and supportive attitude
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
- Full UK driving licence
