We are an independent DPD delivery partner recruiting drivers for DPD delivery routes.
This role involves delivering parcels on behalf of DPD in the Leeds area. At DPD, we go above and beyond for our customers. Bringing our van-do attitude every day. Delivering parcels on time, all the time. We’re part of the community, delivering cheer to our customers. And with your van-do attitude, you’ll fit right in.

You will quickly be up and running. There’s no experience needed as we’ll give you full training to get you road-ready in no time. All you will need is a valid UK driver’s licence.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Deliver parcels promptly to customers’ addresses, ensuring accurate and secure handling of goods.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required, maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence, preferably with a clean driving record.
- You'll need to be over 18 for insurance purposes, have no more than 6 points on your UK driving license, and have the van-do attitude we’re looking for.
- Experience working in warehouse environments or handling heavy lifting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to organise routes efficiently and manage time effectively during daily deliveries.
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation tools is beneficial.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long periods of driving. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in providing excellent service while maintaining safety standards throughout their shift.
