Hardy’s Farm Shop and Café is an established family run business. We are a fast-paced dynamic business, that is passionate about serving wide variety of hearty, homecooked food. We thrive on delighting our customers and giving them a memorable experience.
We are in search of a hard-working, proactive individual to join our Café team - (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS)
We require a cheerful, polite and friendly staff member to assist with:
- Food preparation and basic cooking tasks to support kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Restock supplies and ensure kitchen equipment is organized and functional
- Serve customers at the counter or dining area with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Support the serving team during busy periods by delivering orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards in food handling and cleaning processes
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by engaging positively with customers and team members
As you will be joining a dynamic and growing business, this list is just a glimpse of the daily tasks so a sense of initiative is imperative to being a complimentary part of our team to enable you to work well in this fast-paced environment.
Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential, however we do require a drive to provide high quality customer service.
Uniform will be provided but must be clean and presentable.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
