About Panorama Bungalow
Panorama Bungalow is a welcoming six-bed residential home in Pontypool with stunning views across the surrounding mountains. We support adults living with learning disabilities, mental illness, autism, and, at times, behaviours that others may find challenging.

Your Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping people live fulfilling and independent lives by:
- Supporting individuals to access meaningful daily activities and participate in their local community.
- Encouraging independence through everyday living skills, including cooking, shopping, budgeting, and household tasks.
- Supporting people to maintain their personal care and wellbeing while promoting choice and dignity.
- Providing emotional support and promoting positive mental health and wellbeing.
- Building trusting relationships that help individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is caring, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
- Understands the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Is resilient, proactive, and has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Has experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs (desirable but not essential).
- Holds, or is working towards, a Level 2, 3 or 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).

Hours: Full-time (36–39 hours per week)
Shifts include:
- 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
- Days
- Sleep-ins
- Weekends
- Bank Holidays
- Overtime opportunities available
Location: Pontypool
Applicants should be able to reliably commute to the service or be willing to relocate before starting.
