Brady Garden & Landscape Services Ltd – South Lakes / Furness Area
We are looking for a hard‑working, skilled and reliable individual to join our landscaping and groundworks team. This is a hands‑on, physical role involving a wide range of outdoor work across domestic and commercial sites.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be involved in:
- Building fencing, walls, patios, driveways, and general construction‑grade landscaping
- Mixing and working with different aggregates, concrete, mortar and sub‑base materials
- Digging out, levelling, moving heavy barrows and manual labour tasks
- Hedge cutting, grass cutting and general garden maintenance
- Working at height when required (ladders, roofline trimming, etc.)
- Assisting with all aspects of landscaping and groundworks
Essential Requirements
- Practical experience in landscaping, construction, or groundworks
- Confident mixing materials and using tools correctly
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Comfortable working at height
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence is required
Desirable Skills
- Experience with fencing, paving, walling, and driveway installation
- Use of power tools and machinery (cut‑off saws, compactors, hedge cutters, mowers, etc.)
- Good understanding of site preparation, levels, and materials
