Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the products they need. Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Some heavy lifting, replenishing of roll stock and remnants
- Accepting deliveries
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns customers may have
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and new product offerings
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Note: This is a paid position. All positions at our company are compensated accordingly.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
