Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service from the moment they walk through the door
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely and friendly service in line with restaurant standards
- Serve food and drinks confidently, maintaining a clean and organized service area throughout your shift
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Support catering events or special functions by coordinating service needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences, fostering a positive team environment
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable, especially in serving or catering roles
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices ensures compliance with health regulations
- Experience in food preparation or working in a fast-paced food service environment will help you excel in this role
- Strong communication skills and a personable attitude are essential for engaging with guests effectively
- Prior experience with restaurant operations or hospitality services will support your success in delivering outstanding customer care
