Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Engage with clients warmly to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or designs
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Provide expert advice on nail care routines and aftercare to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery during busy weekends
- Communicate clearly with clients about services offered, pricing, and any special promotions or updates
- Foster a friendly atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and positive communication
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry
- Skilled in various nail techniques including makeup application for special occasions (nice-to-have)
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond professionally
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to nail care and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude during busy weekend shifts
