Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
3 days a week which is a total off 7.5 hours a week but will be able to cover holidays from the other cleaners ,we always have 2 cleaners working together the rota is worked out so you each get a weekend off .
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt and debris.
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Manage waste disposal in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used effectively and stored properly.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
