Experienced Builders & Sparkle Cleaners Required - Immediate Start (Cardiff)
We are looking for experienced Builders and Sparkle Cleaners/Construction Cleaners to join our growing team. We have immediate start opportunities available on two recently awarded construction sites in Cardiff.
Site Requirements
- Site PPE must be worn at all times (PPE can be provided).
- No hoodies, shorts, or clothing displaying offensive, explicit, or inappropriate text/images.
- All site Health & Safety regulations must be followed at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- ✅ Valid CSCS Card.
- ✅ Full driving licence or reliable transport to and from site.
- ✅ Reliable, trustworthy, organised, and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
- ✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- ✅ Capable of completing allocated tasks to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
- ✅ Able to understand and follow Health & Safety procedures.
- ✅ Good communication skills in English (English does not need to be your first language).
- ✅ Previous experience in building, sparkle cleaning, or construction cleaning is preferred.
About the Role
Daily duties will vary depending on the stage of the project and site requirements. Full training will be provided where necessary.
Please note that both building and construction cleaning are physically demanding roles. Applicants must be able to carry out tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of work.
