About the Role
As Head of Babies, you will:
* Lead and inspire the baby room team to deliver outstanding care and education
* Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–2
* Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
* Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and wellbeing
* Act as a role model and mentor for team members What We’re Looking For
What We Are Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
* Proven experience working with babies in an early years setting
* Strong leadership or room leader experience preferred
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
