Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pelvic Health Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with pelvic health issues, including bladder, bowel, and sexual health concerns
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques
- Educate patients about pelvic health conditions, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications in a clear and motivating manner
- Use IT systems to document patient progress accurately and securely manage medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance through follow-up sessions, ensuring patients stay motivated throughout their recovery process
- Deliver educational workshops or teaching sessions to groups or healthcare professionals on pelvic health topics
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Pelvic Health Specialist or in a related physiotherapy or healthcare role focusing on pelvic health
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in English
- Familiarity with IT systems used for healthcare documentation and patient management
- Experience in teaching or delivering educational content to diverse audiences is highly desirable
- Knowledge of current best practices, research, and innovations in pelvic health treatment methods
