We are looking to immediately hire a DUTY MANAGER with suitable experience in very busy restaurant environments for:
Bread Meats Bread North Bridge, 7-9 North Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1SB
(opportunities also available in the Lothian Road branch).

We are looking for driven individuals with exceptional customer service skills. Full training provided.
Roles and responsibilities will include-
- Opening and closing procedures including cash up.
- Hands on shift management
- Stock management (Procure Wizard)
- Training and development of FOH staff
- Budget and labour control (Rota Ready)
- Management of FOH team
- Key holder responsibilities
- Working approx 40 - 45 hours a week over 5 days

Starting rate of pay, £13.20 per hour plus service charge (circa £5 per hour) and tips, paid fortnightly.
Ideal candidate would be able to work in both city centre branches.
