Position: Customer Transaction Specialist / Telephone Sales
Location: Head Office (Park Gate, Southampton)
£45,000-£60,000 OTE (£24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission)

The Position:
Sell cars over the phone, live chat and email from a buzzing Head Office sales floor, not a forecourt.
You'll be at the centre of everything Carsa does. Customers come to you already interested, ready to talk and you guide them from "I like the look of this one" all the way to keys in hand. No cold calling. No standing around in the rain waiting for footfall. Just back to back conversations with people who actually want to buy a car.
It's fast. It's varied. And the earning potential is real! Top performers regularly earn £50,000 plus, with commission paid across units sold and delivered and warranty products. Look after people properly and you get paid for it. Simple.

You'll fit right in if you:
- Light up on the phone and build rapport in under a minute
- Preferably have at least a year of sales under your belt
- Negotiate without it feeling like a fight
