Your Role
- Firstly, and most importantly demonstrate to our customers that you care, and you are here to help them.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and Live chat, providing solutions and putting the customer in the right place.
- Using the training and support provided to give high quality responses on social media and review platforms.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
- Following health & safety procedures at all times.
- Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
