We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries, and take messages as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation for staff members
- Handle correspondence via email, post, and other communication channels
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
- Support team members with various administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
