McCausland Airport Parking is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Valet Car Park Attendants to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
As the first and last person many of our customers meet, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and stress-free parking experience for travellers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers with valet parking services
- Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles
- Conducting basic vehicle inspections on arrival and departure
- Helping customers with luggage when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe parking facility
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- A valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Confident driving a variety of vehicle types
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays when required
