We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced adult social care practitioner to join our teams as a full time Practice Manager for a busy frontline team in central Crewe. You will be managing a busy multi-agency team comprised of social worker, social care assessors, OTs and Lacs.

About the Role:
- Manage a delegated budget effectively and appropriately, in accordance with the financial regulations.
- Manage operational social care within a specific locality through the effective deployment and management of a mobile professional social care team, ensuring that services and support meets the assessed and priority needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Co-ordinate and manage arrangements to resolve situations of high complexity and risk.
- Recruit, deploy, manage and develop professional, and as necessary other, staff in accordance with Council policies, managing performance, conduct, attendance and risk.

About you:
- You will be an experienced social worker registered with Social Work England.
- You will ideally already have management or supervisory experience within adult social care.
- Experience of involvement with change and improvement activity, leading to service improvement.
- Understanding the legal framework within which Health and Social Care services operate.
