We are looking for an experienced individual with a track record in hospitality, top level customer service and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will be leading the team through busy evening services in our vibrant, bustling restaurant while maintaining a positive work environment and will make good use of any quieter weekday periods. We currently have a number of very talented FOH employees who know how to do the job but would benefit from supervision and support in order to maintain a high level of hospitality for our business. We are looking for a self-starter who can set the bar high, inspire the team and lead by example.
As the Supervisor/ Team Leader you will be leading daily service with FOH team and you will be working closely with our General Manager to ensure that the daily running of the restaurant, including reservations and any guest correspondence, continues meeting our standards, and that our team is fully updated and trained on all food and drinks, and following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the FOH team, maintaining health and safety standards
- Provide training and support for new staff
- Ensure that the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming both for our staff and our guests.
- Be an ambassador to our company values
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience with working in a busy, high pressure enviroment
- Experience with working in a team, and practicing respectful communication
- Must be passionate about Thai food!
