Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
- Support team members maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and public areas.
- Lead by example in food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee the training and development of team members in hospitality best practices, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Support inventory management, including stock control of food supplies and kitchen equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production processes.
- Experience in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality expertise.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurants or hotels.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and exception guest experience is a plus.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
- Prior experience preferred; hospitality industry knowledge is essential.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
