Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part Time Barista to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, following company recipes and standards.
- Handle customer orders efficiently whilst providing friendly and attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including organising ingredients and supplies.
- Manage cash registers accurately, handling payments with basic maths skills.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, including food safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.
Skills
- Proven Barista experience or background in serving or food preparation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the hospitality industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Good serving skills with a friendly demeanour that enhances customer experience.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills to keep workstations clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
