The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost learning and confidence.
- Assist children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
- Help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom organisation.
- Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
- Are patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Can adapt to different classroom environments.
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
