London-based diversified Group active in Luxury Fashion Retail (https://barkershoes.com), Energy and Business Process Outsourcing (https://www.ienergizer.com) is looking for an internal recruiter ideally with 2-3 years experience in Human Resource management. Your role will involve working with senior executives within the company to determine and fulfil the company’s entire staffing needs. This challenging yet exciting role requires someone who is always two steps ahead, with the ability to proactively manage multiple projects, and realistically measure a candidate from their resume. We are actively looking to immediately hire 15 new positions to build the team at our new head office in central London. The organisation has a culture of openness and transparency with a flat structure, due to which your inputs and results will be quickly recognised and rewarded.
What You’ll Do and Need:
- Draft and post accurate, concise and clear job advertisements on all job boards and platforms
- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Familiarity with a HR Shared Services environment and ATS platforms and the skills to create a database for candidates to efficiently manage applications
- Reach out to and source exceptional candidates from LinkedIn or other equivalent alternatives
- Experience in an internal recruitment/generalist/technical HR role
- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information accurately, clearly and quickly to all levels
- Self-starter who sets their own targets and is eager to deliver
