We are hiring! We currently have positions available for Promotional Staff.
We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our promotion team. You will be the face of our busy city centre venue, engaging with the public and driving footfall through flyer distribution, proactive positioning & consistant effort to engage with your surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute promotional materials at high-traffic city centre location.
- Engage the public with an enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable attitude.
- Deliver key information about upcoming events, drink deals & live entertainment.
- Convert enquiry into actual sales by liasing with bar staff to offer direct sales.
- Maintain positive attitude while representing our venue brand professionally.
Requirements
- Confident communicator who is motivated by interacting with diverse groups of people.
- High energy and resilience to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of personal accountability & self-motivation
- Weather-resilient and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
- Flexible schedule to work peak hours, including late evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
