Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic General Worker to assist with various tasks including serving food, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in our shop. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist with taking food and drink orders, including bread, ice cream, and milkshakes.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including dining areas, food preparation areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift moderate objects and stand for extended periods.
