Make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by joining London Borough of Harrow as a SEN Casework Officer. In this rewarding role, you will manage a diverse caseload across the 0–25 age range, supporting children, young people and their families through the Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and review process. Working closely with experienced SEN professionals, you will play a key role in coordinating statutory assessments, developing high-quality EHC Plans, attending annual reviews and championing the needs of young people. You will build strong partnerships with schools, health services, social care, voluntary sector organisations and families, providing expert guidance on the SEND Code of Practice 2015 and helping to deliver positive outcomes.
