Livestock & Commodities Buyer / Analyst

We’re looking for a Livestock & Commodities Buyer / Analyst to deliver market insights and analysis that support smarter procurement, pricing, and commercial decisions across the business.
This is a highly analytical role, combining market intelligence, forecasting, and data-driven decision support in a fast-moving, global environment.
What You’ll Do

Analyse commodity markets and livestock trends (pricing, supply & demand, market drivers)

Deliver forward-looking insights to support procurement and pricing decisions

Build forecasts for feed ingredients and livestock supply

Support risk and price exposure analysis across commodity portfolios

Develop and automate reporting on pricing, positions and performance

Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain

Drive improvements in data quality, reporting and process efficiency
What You’ll Bring

Degree in Agriculture, Economics, Data Science or similar

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights

Advanced Excel skills (experience with Power BI, Python or Snowflake a plus)

Understanding of commodity markets and/or livestock industry (desirable)

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
