Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Nail Technician to join our beauty team for a brand new Salon opening soon. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ appearance through expert nail care and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for providing high-quality manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments in a welcoming environment. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, BIAB and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Use specialised tools and products to ensure long-lasting results and client satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, colour techniques, and beauty treatments
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client flow and minimise wait times
- Ensure all equipment is sterilised properly after each use
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry
- Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments and recommendations
- Artistic flair and attention to detail for creating customised nail designs
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
