The Atholl Palace is a luxury 4* Hotel in Pitlochry, with 120 guestrooms, 15 Lodges, The Verandah Restaurant and Stags Head Bar Bistro. Onsite spa, award winning gardens and grounds of around 50 acres.
We are looking for an experienced Bar person required to join our friendly team. You will be at ease serving guests at the table, you will be equally adept with food service and top bar skills including fresh cocktails. A knowledge of Whisky would be a great advantage.
Above anything else we are looking for a friendly fun individual it would be ideal if you have previous experience, we do have an extensive training programme.
You will:
- friendly and confident
- You will have a basic knowledge of health and Safety
- It would be advantageous to have a food safety level 2 certificate
- A good timekeeper and excellent communicator
