Duties
- Prepare and dispense prescribed medications accurately according to doctor’s instructions and pharmacy protocols

- Provide excellent patient care by answering medication-related questions and offering guidance on proper usage
- Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, medication inventories, and patient interactions
- Support the pharmacy team in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and checking expiration dates
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper handling of controlled substances
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify prescriptions and clarify medication details when necessary
Requirements
- Proven pharmacy technician experience or relevant certification as a pharmacy dispenser or technician
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care best practices
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing medications and maintaining records
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while adhering to safety protocols
