Description
This role is for a proactive Area Practice Manager who will support the Operations Business Partner in achieving the Group's objectives. By managing day-to-day operational tasks, the Area Practice Manager will enable the Operations Business Partner to focus on strategic and long-term goals. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across multiple offices and legal entities within the hub, making a meaningful impact on efficiency, productivity, and performance. This role may involve travel between offices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and build relationship with the different business leaders.
Help with the day-to-day management of the different offices by maintaining and actioning weekly or monthly operational processes
Assist the Business Operations Partner and regional offices through key software migration milestones and office relocations.
Review and ensure employee and clients data are kept accurately and in an orderly manner.
Gather data on firms’ processes and suggest possible improvements.
Facilitate changes directed by the Group.
Identify areas for improvement and address issues with business leaders & Operations Business Partner before they become impactful on the business performance.
Assisting the Operations Business Partner with implementing and monitoring the regional office’s H&S policies, GDPR, physical security and other requirements
Check staff timesheets and ensure timesheets are submitted weekly.
Oversee Business Support Managers and Admin Assistants in the regional offices.
Key Requirements
Strong commercial acumen across all business areas.
Extensive experience of practice management software.
Hands on approach with a can-do attitude to all tasks.
Experienced Excel user.
Excellent time management skills.
A dedication to continuous improvement and development.
Experience working with Senior stakeholders in a professional services environment.
Proactive with project management and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work autonomously, exercise discretion, and work independently, as well as part of the wider team at Xeinadin.
Additional Requirements
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude are essential.
Experienced and capable using tax software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
