Are you looking for a local Head of Housekeeping role?
My lovely client is seeking someone to lead the housekeeping team in their beautiful eco wedding & events venue in the heart of the Weald of Kent.
This is a part-time, 16+ hours/week role, with some weekends required.
Skills & Experience
Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience, preferably managing a team. An interest in events. Confident with Word and Excel. A commitment to sustainable practices.
Personal Attributes
You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail. A flexible approach to your working week. Prepared to lead by example. Have high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
The Role
Lead and manage the housekeeping team. Maintain exceptional cleanliness & presentation standards. Oversee external laundry company, inventory, and eco-friendly cleaning practices. Prepare the venue before and after weddings and events.
The Client
A small family run team delivering high-end events with sustainability and good environmental practice as core values.
As Head of Housekeeping, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the venue is presented to the highest standard for every couple and guest.
