We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming nursery team — someone who believes in creating magical childhood moments, inspiring curiosity, and making every child feel safe, valued, and celebrated.
At our nursery, we know that early years are precious. Every muddy puddle jump, every bedtime story, every first achievement matters — and we are searching for someone who shares that same joy and wonder in children’s development.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has a genuine passion for working with children aged 0–5 years
- Creates a warm, caring, and stimulating environment
- Understands the EYFS framework and child development
- Builds strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Brings creativity, positivity, and kindness into each day
- Can work as part of a supportive and dedicated team
Your Role Will Include
- Supporting children’s learning through play and exploration
- Planning fun and engaging activities that inspire young imaginations
- Ensuring children’s safety, wellbeing, and happiness at all times
- Observing, assessing, and supporting children’s development journeys
- Creating strong partnerships with families
- Helping to maintain a beautiful, nurturing environment where children can thrive
