The Artisan Bakery are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team.
We are looking for a reliable, skilled and passionate baker with solid experience in a professional bakery environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working as a baker in a commercial bakery
- Good knowledge of bread production and baking processes
- Experience working with dough mixers, dividers, moulders and other bakery equipment
- Good understanding of dough handling, fermentation and proving
- High standards of hygiene, food safety and product quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing dough according to production requirements
- Operating bakery machinery and equipment
- Ensuring products meet our quality standards
- Following production schedules and recipes
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures
