About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, practical and well-organised Facilities & Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running and upkeep of our growing network of offices.
Working closely with and supporting the Facilities Co-ordinator, this is a varied role combining hands-on facilities and maintenance support with general facilities administration.
A key part of the role will be helping with new office openings, office moves and changes to existing spaces. This could include moving and assembling furniture, painting and decorating, putting up pictures and signage and carrying out other minor practical jobs to ensure our offices are presented to a consistently high standard.
Alongside this, you will support the Facilities Co-ordinator with the day-to-day administration involved in keeping our offices well stocked, maintained and running efficiently.
This is a mobile and varied role and would suit someone who enjoys practical work, is happy to get stuck in and equally comfortable carrying out administrative tasks.
