About the Role – Term Time Only
We are seeking caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide school-based support for children with a range of complex health needs.
You will support children on a one-to-one basis and in group settings within the school environment, helping them access education safely while promoting independence, wellbeing, and development.
You will also provide attentive support with their clinical needs, personal care, and mobility support, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and fully supported throughout the school day.
Clinical Needs May Include
- Epilepsy management and administration of rescue medication
- Diabetes management
- Nebuliser support
- Enteral feeding (including PEG and NG tubes)
- Medication administration
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 months’ care experience
- Confident in medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable individuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple care needs.
