Responsibilities

- Cook pizzas to perfection using various methods such as wood-fired ovens or conveyor ovens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality and safety of all menu items
- Assist with meal preparation during busy hours to meet customer demand efficiently
- Serve finished pizzas promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making and general kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to serve guests courteously and professionally
- Prior experience in restaurant settings or serving roles is preferred but not mandatory
