Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Partner & Operations Manager to join our new Supported Exempt Accommodation business. This is a unique opportunity to receive 33% equity in the company and lead the day-to-day running of the business.
We are a newly established provider, registered as a Managing Agent with SM Housing under the umbrella of Reliance Social Housing C.I.C. We are onboarding two new properties (9 rooms) and transferring two existing supported accommodation properties into the business, with plans for further expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Supported Exempt Accommodation service.
- Source and onboard tenants.
- Complete Housing Benefit claims and maintain tenancy documentation.
- Oversee support workers and ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
- Complete support plans, audits, compliance checks and quarterly property inspections.
- Manage maintenance, health & safety and property standards.
- Ensure compliance with Supported Exempt Accommodation requirements and safeguarding legislation.
- Liaise with councils, referral agencies and partner organisations.
Requirements
- Experience managing Supported Exempt Accommodation, Supported Housing or Supported Living services.
- Knowledge of Housing Benefit and exempt accommodation compliance.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing staff and maintaining compliance.
