The Role
As a Graduate Delegate Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for engaging senior business leaders and securing their attendance at high-level events across sectors including payments, cyber, gaming, logistics and financial services. You’ll use phone, email and LinkedIn outreach, combining warm and cold conversations while working towards clear sales targets and KPIs. You’ll receive plenty of training to develop your confidence, commercial awareness and B2B sales skills, with opportunities to progress quickly into management or move into sponsorship sales.
- Engage senior decision-makers through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build relationships with business leaders across international markets.
- Promote relevant events and communicate their value to potential delegates.
- Work towards individual sales targets and activity KPIs.
- Manage a mixture of warm leads and new business outreach.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver successful event campaigns.
Requirements
Must-Have
- A 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
- At least one year’s customer-facing experience, including hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and genuine ambition to build a long-term career.
Nice-to-Have
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Evidence of competitiveness through sport, work or other achievements.
